Catan's sometimes has a bag sale and you can fill it with a bunch of junk that didn't sale, etc… for like $10 or $20. I did that many months ago and actually got a bunch of stuff for crafts for work. It was a resident's birthday and her family wanted us to make it special since they weren't going to be there so I remembered I had these crowns. We did it as a craft. Everyone decorated them with something different. This is mine.
