I saw a link on Pinterest and thought I would give it a try... I hard boiled eggs in the oven.
This was the second time I did it and it works pretty well... My eggs were organic and brown and not very big.... I used a mini muffin pan for 30 minutes on 350 degrees. I may have been able to do it for 25 minutes. I did get a few little burn marks. If you've never done it before - I would give it a try. Here's the link: hard boiled eggs in the oven
