I was originally told that in a year or so I would start taking groups on outings by myself... well, it only took a little over 2 months before that happened. I guess they thought I knew what I was doing. I took 5 residents to a Holiday luncheon today at, of all places, ESWP. They all had a great time and got some really spectacular prizes that they were very happy with. It turned out to be a really nice event!
